The service

Aiclex Webinar provides live webinars and Webinar Plus (recorded) sessions, registration pages, reminders and analytics as a subscription. Plans, limits and prices are shown on the pricing page and in your billing settings.

Your content

You keep the rights to your webinars, recordings and registration pages. You are responsible for having the rights to everything you upload and for what you say to your audience.

Conversion tracking and your visitors’ data

If you add advertising or analytics tags (Meta Pixel, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Google Tag Manager, LinkedIn Insight Tag) to a registration page, YOU are the data controller for the data those tags collect. Aiclex Webinar only loads them after the visitor accepts the cookie banner, records that consent with the registration, and never accepts tag code — only vendor IDs. You are responsible for your own privacy notice, for the lawful basis of the tracking, and for honouring the visitor’s choice in your own systems.

Embedding on your website

Embeds render only on domains you list. You are responsible for the pages you embed the form into, including their own cookie and privacy disclosures.

Liability

The service is provided as-is; we work to keep webinars running but cannot guarantee uninterrupted delivery over the public internet. Our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the previous three months.
