Privacy & your data

Aiclex Webinar stores the details you give when you register (name, email, phone), your attendance and chat in a webinar, and replay views. Data is stored in Cloud Firestore in Mumbai (asia-south1). Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you can ask us to delete it.

What we store

  • Registration: name, email, phone, the webinar you registered for
  • Attendance: join and leave times, device family, city (from your connection)
  • Chat and questions you post during a webinar
  • Name and email when you watch a gated replay

Advertising and analytics tags

Some organisers add their own Meta Pixel, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Google Tag Manager or LinkedIn Insight Tag to their registration page. These only load after you accept the cookie banner on that page, and your choice is stored with your registration. For those tags the organiser — not Aiclex Webinar — is the data controller; their privacy notice explains what they do with the data. Essential cookies that keep the page working do not need consent.

Delete my data

Enter the email you registered with. We'll send a confirmation link; once you confirm, your registrations, attendance and replay access are deleted and your chat messages are anonymised.
